You will be required to email your prescription notice to admin@jagovapour.com as of the !st of October 2021. This is mandatory under the new laws and legislations passed under Australian law.

International

We are able to process international orders on a case by case basis. Please email us at admin@jagovapour.com and we'll see what we can do!

Estimated delivery time 
For Australian customers has a 1-3 business days delivery target.   
Orders received and paid before 1pm will be sent out same day - so will be overnight delivery. Orders received after 1pm will be sent the next business day.

Tracking number
Tracking numbers are automatically generated once your order has been packed, you will receive an email when this happens. The tracking number won't be 'live' and functioning until the courier picks up your package from our dispatch team at around 4pm Monday-Friday. 

Legal

We reserve the right to alter shipping methods requested if required (ie: mistakes, wrong method selected). Public holidays and other seasonal demands may alter delivery times - tracking information is available for all shipments, simply request tracking information by email to admin@jagovapour.com, include your WEB order number and NAME used to order. The Seller shall use its reasonable endeavors to meet any date agreed for delivery. In any event time of delivery shall not be of the essence and the Seller shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

Lost or items damage during delivery

If you experience a delay in receiving your parcel, longer than the expected time frame and there is no reasonable explanation for the delay, you may get in touch with us through admin@jagovapour.com or through our contact us page and we will follow this up for you. If you have not received your parcel within 10 days, please advise us immediately so that we are able to investigate and if necessary proceed to claim for a loss.

Returns and Refunds

Our returns do not extend to e-liquids and e-juices due to the nature of the products. For health and safety reasons, as well as hygiene, we cannot offer a refund on these items. This is unless our staff determine that the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances.
